1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Processing Time
All orders placed on the Seora Skincare website are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time includes order verification, quality control checks, and preparation for shipment. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will be delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on your location within the continental United States. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Factors that may affect delivery times include:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Geographic location and distance from our fulfillment center
- Peak shipping seasons
- Customs and import delays (for international orders)
1.3 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time. The shipping address provided at checkout must be a valid residential or commercial address.
1.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination zip code. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Express Shipping: Available for select orders (additional fees apply)
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Most carriers provide real-time tracking updates.
1.6 Shipment Insurance
Standard shipments are covered by carrier transit insurance. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at seoraskincare@outlook.com with your tracking number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
1.7 Signature Requirements
Most packages do not require a signature upon delivery. However, for certain orders or addresses, a signature may be required. You will be notified if your package requires a signature.
1.8 Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, natural disasters, or customs issues. If your package is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), please contact us for assistance.
1.9 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier cannot deliver your package and a delivery attempt is made, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund at your request.
2. RETURN POLICY
2.1 Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unopened and in its original, unused condition
- The original product packaging must be intact and undamaged
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products that show signs of use or wear
- Items damaged due to customer negligence or mishandling
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
2.3 Health and Safety Policy
Due to health, safety, and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used skincare and beauty products. This policy applies to all cosmetic and skincare items, regardless of the reason for return.
2.4 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. We will review your request and provide you with return authorization
3. Once approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a return address
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method
6. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt in the package
2.5 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- A defective or damaged product upon arrival
- An incorrect item shipped in error
- Our mistake or error
For returns due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please contact us for details on how to obtain your return shipping label.
2.6 Return Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements. Return processing typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.
2.7 Refunds
Once your return is approved and verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your returned item. Please note:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- If you paid for expedited or express shipping, that cost is non-refundable

2.8 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at seoraskincare@outlook.com. We will provide you with instructions for exchanging your item. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions and eligibility requirements as returns.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error. Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
2.9 Defective or Damaged Products

- Photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For defective or damaged items, we will either send a replacement at no cost or process a full refund, including original shipping costs.

3. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is refused at delivery or remains unclaimed, the package will be returned to Seora Skincare. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will assess its condition and offer you the option of reshipment, exchange, or refund. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund in this scenario.
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Seora Skincare is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to your address. We recommend:
- Signing for valuable orders or requesting a signature confirmation
- Using a secure delivery location
- Checking your package promptly upon delivery
- Reporting any lost or stolen packages to local law enforcement and the carrier
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier immediately and then reach out to us at seoraskincare@outlook.com for assistance.
5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We currently do not ship to international addresses. However, if this policy changes in the future, any international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.
6. WARRANTY
Products purchased from Seora Skincare come with a quality guarantee. If a product is defective or does not perform as intended, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use or storage
- Damage due to customer negligence
- Results that vary based on individual skin type or sensitivity
- Products that have been opened or used
